With the flexibility to set your own hours and be your own boss, freelancing can offer the ultimate work-life balance for busy parents.

Whether you’re a graphic designer, writer, or marketer, there are plenty of opportunities out there for self-employed professionals.

Many women have a select skillset they can bring to the table, and it’s worth exploring for a new job.

I started freelancing in affiliate marketing in January 2023, and it’s been a rewarding and healthy change in my life.

I work as an independent contractor for clients managing their affiliate programs on an hourly basis. The work itself is fun, and I’m able to earn money while doing it.

Do I Need a College Degree for the Part-Time Mom Job?

The answer is: It depends. Some flexible jobs do require a college degree, especially if you’re looking for something in the tech or finance field.

However, many other options don’t require a degree. These include customer service and virtual assistant positions, which typically just need some basic computer skills.
